Who receives your inquiry
ZenithWorks LLC, at 9th Floor, VRG Building, No. 177 Hai Ba Trung, Xuan Hoa Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Contact admin@thezenithworks.com with privacy questions.
Information collected
The form collects your name, email, selected service, and message, plus company and timeline if you provide them. A random submission reference and server timestamps support reliable processing. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment information, or other sensitive material.
Purpose and access
We use inquiry information to understand your request, communicate with you, and manage the next step. The rebuilt site stores inquiries using Base44. Inquiry reads, changes, and deletion are restricted to authorized administrators. Operational notes and notification state are stored separately. Notifications alert staff to a saved inquiry without copying the message into the notification email.
Technical processing
Hosting and delivery services may process technical request information. The intake endpoint uses temporary request information for basic abuse controls. Opening external links, including social networks or Google Maps, brings you to services with their own privacy practices.
No marketing signup
Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. No newsletter subscription is created. Hosting-level analytics and technical retention must be reviewed before release.
Language preferences and sample demos
Your language preference is stored in this browser. Interactive SaaS samples use fictional data and keep demo changes in browser session storage. Demo changes are not submitted to ZenithWorks unless you include them in an inquiry. Embedded Google Maps load content from Google, which may process technical request information under its own privacy practices.
Retention and requests
Contact admin@thezenithworks.com to ask about access, correction, or deletion of inquiry information. Any response depends on appropriate verification and applicable obligations. The retention schedule, applicable rights, service-provider arrangements, and cross-border processing terms require management and legal approval before this draft is published.
